RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your items as much as we do! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please send us an email (within 7 days of receiving your item) to Carie's Carrollton Boutique with RETURN/REFUND in your subject line. Please include a detailed description of your concern, good contact information for yourself, and pictures of any concerns. Upon receipt, our Customer Satisfaction Team will respond within 48 hours to discuss your concerns. If items are returned, buyer will pay return shipping cost to seller unless seller agrees otherwise during resolution negotiation. If items are refunded, payment to buyer will be issued (less shipping costs) within 7-10 business days of resolution determination date.
